Client: Alay Jhaveri | Space: 2000 sq. ft. in Andheri East
M.A.D.E: Transformed a bare shell space to a relaxed open office for YourGuy’s 50 employees.
Highlights: Accent walls have an exposed brick finish. Corrugated metal sheets were painted black and were used as the primary ceiling treatment. Black and white colour scheme to give a trendy feel to the space.
M.A.D.E for Fun: Floating track lighting system in the open office area. Introduced pops of colour by adding chairs in blue and deep orange fabric.
Urvashi designed my work place, which was about 2200 sqft of carpet area. She's a young and determined designer. It was great to see the kind of control she had on the contractor and his staff. We were very happy with the overall design as well as some of the low cost alternatives she suggested. I feel the young age and experience with bigger firms is the best combination. Since my project, Urvashi has done several others, and I can see her designs mature, something which is very tough to find. If you're someone who wants fresh designs and creativity and NOT any run-of-the-mill work, Urvashi is the right person for you.
